1. Who handles your data

The data controller is SIA BRUNTOR. Questions about your data: phone +371 27823330.

2. What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, the ride, number of vehicles, language and the time you agreed to the terms of use.

From the Stripe payment page: your email address and the amount paid. Card details are handled only by Stripe and we never see them.

On the day of the ride the guide notes whether you came and how many vehicles went out, checks each rider's ID card or passport. Riders' names and document numbers are entered before the ride by the person who booked, through a link, or on site by the guide. We do not photograph or copy the document.

3. Why

To carry out your booking (contract): confirmation, reminders on the day, messages about changes, for example if we cancel for weather, and refunds.

To know who drove each vehicle in case of damage, an accident or a fine (legitimate interest).

To improve the service (legitimate interest): overall statistics such as popular times, languages and age groups. No individual is singled out.

News and offers (consent): only if you ticked "Send me news" when booking. Every email has a link to unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Brevo (emails) and Railway (the server that stores bookings). Our guides see your name and phone so they can meet you. We never sell your data or pass it on for others' advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Names, phone numbers and emails are deleted automatically 24 months after your last ride. Only anonymous numbers remain (how many vehicles, for how much).

Document numbers are deleted automatically 14 days after the ride.

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Accounting records are kept by Stripe and us for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw consent to news. Call us or write to the bot.

You can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
